Tradelore Connector - Privacy Policy

What the extension does

The Tradelore Connector reads the trade-history table on prop-firm dashboards you are signed into and sends that table to your Tradelore account, on your explicit confirmation. Supported firms: FundingPips, FTMO, 5%ers, CryptoFundTrader, Alpha Capital Group, FundedNext.

Data we collect

From the prop-firm dashboard:

• Your trade history table contents (symbol, type, dates, prices, volume, profit, commission)
• Your account login number on that firm
• Your account balance and profit/loss as shown on the firm dashboard

From your Tradelore account:

• Your user ID (associated with the extension via a one-time pairing code)

Anonymous diagnostics:

• A random per-install identifier (UUID) - cannot be linked to your user ID
• Firm name, error class, durations, when adapters break - never trade contents

Data we do NOT collect

• Prop-firm passwords or session cookies
• Page contents outside the supported prop-firm domains
• Your browsing history
• URLs (we hash them before any diagnostic transmission)

Where data goes

Data is sent only to tradelore.org (or your self-hosted instance). It is never shared with third parties, sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Limited Use Disclosure

The Tradelore Connector adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data collected by the extension is used solely to provide and improve the trade-import feature. We do not transfer data to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature (i.e. between the extension and your Tradelore backend), or as required by law. We do not allow humans to read the data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific support cases, it is necessary for security purposes, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.

Your control

You may disconnect the extension at any time from Tradelore Settings → Browser Extension. Disconnecting revokes the access token and deletes any queued data on your device. To delete trades imported via the extension, delete the corresponding upload record in Tradelore.
